Hey Ashes 2 Ashes Fam,
I thought I’d start sharing my new youtube videos on here so that you can have a look at some corresponding pictures, get some product updates or just watch my videos on a gorgeous website 😉
The video is embedded down below for you all, and I’d love for you to check it out and maybe head over to youtube and give it a thumbs up and subscribe.
So I thought I’d share some of my pictures from my trip as I review some of the products I hauled in my latest Full Face First Impressions. So here are some snaps from my trip, yes they are mostly of food but I pretty much only go to the states for shopping and food.
The above picture was at the pool at my final destination, the Luxe Hotel on Sunset. This was my favourite hotel out of all of them and the pool during the hot LA weather was amazing.
Above we’ve got a shot at the front of Nobu on Malibu Beach. My sister and I had always dreamed of going to this restaurant as of course it’s featured on the Kardashians so often and it did not disappoint. Some of the best food of the entire trip was had here.
Above was one of my favourite meals of the whole trip, Shake Shack at Woodbury Commons in NY. What can I say? I’m basic and nothing beats a burger and cheese fries.
I couldn’t pass up a sprinkles cupcake from the grove either, these are AMAZING. If anyone isn’t a cupcake fan, go there first then tell me you don’t like cupcakes.
One of my favourite days of the whole trip was having hightea at the Plaza Hotel in NYC. I’d never actually been inside the Plaza, and let me tell you I was born to be there. It was so beautiful and I am totally an Upper East Side kinda girl.
This was my first shopping attempt of the whole trip in Vegas, It included steals from the outlets and some things bought at the Fashion Show Mall. A lot more shopping would be done in NYC and LA.
Another fave meal was the glorious creation of fried chicken and donuts in Vegas. America really is the land of the free that this monstrously amazing meal is a socially acceptable thing to have on a menu. I ate it just before I went shooting machine guns so it was great fuel.
My second favourite hotel was the Aria in Vegas. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a hotel room this big, and having an iPad to not only control everything in the room but enough french onion dip to feet 6 people wasn’t too shabby.
Lastly, this is probably one of my favourite meals of all time. Ribeye in truffle butter with fried onions at Nobu will go in my memoirs as one of the greatest culinary inventions ever.
And those are most of the pictures from my trip, I didn’t take too many as I was too busy enjoying this incredibly holiday to even think about taking a picture of filming anything. So my apologies to those that have already seen these pictures on Facebook and Insta. I fully intend on taking blog-exclusive pictures and videos on all my future trips, so if you’re looking for a sneak peak of what my future travel blogs will look like head to my Hawaii Dreaming Post.
Lots of Love
